About This Project
A luxury penthouse apartment in Broadbeach required complete replacement of failed rooftop terrace waterproofing. The existing membrane had deteriorated, causing leaks into the living areas below. Our team removed all tiles and screed, applied a new premium membrane system, and reinstated the trafficable finish with improved falls to drainage.
