About This Role
We are looking for Crack Injection Specialists to join our growing team. This specialist role focuses on polyurethane and epoxy injection techniques for stopping leaks, sealing cracks, and waterproofing structures including basements, lift pits, retaining walls, and water tanks.
Injection work is a skilled trade requiring precision and technical knowledge. We provide comprehensive training on injection equipment, resin selection, and application techniques. This is an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in a specialised and high-demand field.
Key Responsibilities
Perform polyurethane injection for active leak stopping
Carry out epoxy injection for structural crack repair
Install injection ports and packer systems correctly
Select appropriate resins based on crack width, water flow, and structural requirements
Operate high-pressure and low-pressure injection equipment
Conduct rising damp treatment using silane/siloxane injection
Work in confined spaces including lift pits and basements
Document injection works with detailed reports and photos
Maintain and service injection equipment
Requirements
Experience in waterproofing, concrete repair, or related trade (injection experience preferred but not essential)
Mechanical aptitude for operating injection equipment
Current Construction Induction Card (White Card)
Confined Space certification (or willingness to obtain)
Current driver's licence (essential)
Comfortable working in wet conditions and confined areas
Problem-solving mindset for diagnosing leak sources
Reliable and able to work independently
