About This Role

We are looking for skilled Waterproofing Technicians to join our field team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality waterproofing solutions including membrane application, polyurethane crack injection, rising damp treatment, and concrete repairs across residential, commercial, and strata properties.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced tradesperson to work on diverse and challenging projects with a company that values quality workmanship and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

Apply waterproofing membranes to bathrooms, balconies, rooftops, and basements

Perform polyurethane and epoxy crack injection

Conduct rising damp treatments including chemical injection

Carry out concrete cancer repairs including steel treatment and patch repairs

Maintain high standards of workmanship in accordance with Australian Standards

Communicate professionally with clients and site contacts

Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle

Complete daily job documentation and reporting

Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience in waterproofing or related trade

Knowledge of waterproofing membranes, crack injection, and concrete repair

Understanding of AS 3740, AS 4654.2, and relevant Australian Standards

Current Construction Induction Card (White Card)

Current driver's licence (essential)

Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Good communication skills and professional presentation
